Commitment

VANTAG is committed to delivering useful, measurable and honest work, and to continuously improving how it is done. This policy sets out the principles behind every project.

Principles

• Measure before and after: decisions are based on data (performance, rankings, usage), not assumptions.
• Honesty: no promises about results that do not depend on us, such as search rankings or AI mentions.
• Technical quality: clean, accessible, documented and maintainable code.
• Security and privacy by design: least necessary access, verified backups and protection of each client’s data.
• Clear communication: written proposals, realistic timelines and explanations without jargon.
• Continuous improvement: every project is reviewed to learn and adjust processes.
