What data is processed

This website has no forms and creates no user accounts. Only the data you provide when contacting by email, phone or WhatsApp, or when booking an appointment in Google Calendar (name, email, phone, company and your message), is processed, plus the technical data the server logs when you visit (IP address, browser, date and requested page).

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries and preparing proposals: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Providing contracted services: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Keeping the site secure through server logs: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Contact data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. Server logs are kept for [period, e.g. 30 days] unless needed to investigate a security incident.

Recipients and processors

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data to deliver the service: the hosting provider, with servers in Spain; Google (Google Calendar, for appointment bookings) and WhatsApp (if you choose to contact us that way). These providers may make international data transfers covered by GDPR safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
